Vinyasa Flow:

Restorative & Meditation:
a restful yoga class, focusing on postures to bring comfort to the body, combined with a meditation practice to calm and relax the mind. Suitable for all abilities.

Healthy Back Yoga:
a hatha style practice with a special focus on keeping and restoring a healthy back. Suitable for all abilities.

Power Flow:
a powerful, quicker version of Vinyasa Flow.

Yin:
a quiet and simple practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body, targeting our connective tissues using floor postures and long holds. Suitable for most abilities.

Elemental Flow:
Experience the five elements – earth, water, fire, air and space – to realign yourself with the rhythms of your unique inner landscape. Suitable for most abilities.
