Align

Formerly known as Healthy Back, Strengthen & Lengthen, Strengthen & Restore, Back to Basics – we have combined these styles together into a simple, yet accurate name: Align. Align is a style of yoga that focuses on pose alignment and integrity. Moving from pose to pose in a way that allows all levels and abilities to easily arrive to each new pose. This practice is excellent for beginners, those who have healing injuries or those looking to focus on proper alignment in their practice. 

All levels welcome | Blocks, blankets, straps are recommended.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class for all levels and abilities using a chair as a prop to explore poses with additional stability. Great for those who are pregnant, recovering from major injuries, seniors and those who have trouble accessing the ground.

All levels welcome | Chair or large exercise ball recommended.

Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is a more gentle, slow and beginner friendly approach to Vinyasa. Great for those who are brand new to yoga or those who want to slow down in their practice and life. These classes will allow for students to have time to spend more time finding alignment in each pose while still finding the flow of Vinyasa.

All levels welcome | No props required, block/strap recommended.

Release

Release is a moving meditation class that uses gentle flows set specifically to move trapped energy this class is all about LETTING GO. This class is gentle, meditative, relaxing and acceptable for all levels.

All levels welcome | Bolsters/pillows and blankets recommended.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a restful practice using reclined yoga poses and props to relax and restore your body and mind. All poses are done on the floor seated or supine. Great for all levels, beginners and those looking to decrease stress or anxiety.

All levels welcome | Blankets, blocks and bolsters/pillows recommended.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that uses flowing transitions from the poses and the integration of breath and movement to warm the body, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and quiet the mind. Teachers will offer modifications for beginners and advanced practictioners. Vinyasa can be challenging, though still appropriate for most beginners. 

Suitable for most levels | No props required, block/blanket recommended if availalble.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is the practice of passively holding yoga poses to help lengthen and stretch deep into the connective tissue. All poses are done on the floor seated or supine. Great for all levels.

All levels welcome | Blankets, blocks and bolsters/pillows recommended.
