Tips for your first yoga class

  1. Show up 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you signed up!
  2. Wear something comfortable
  3. Bring a mat if you have one, we have extra to borrow or mats for purchase if you don’t!
  4. Relax, and enjoy!
